This board measures 300mm x 210mm (the size of an A4 paper) with a thickness of 25mm and weighs 1.3kg.  Jarrah wood responds well to oiling ensuring the dark hues of the timber are preserved.  We recommend using Gilly's Australian Orange Oil, which is non-toxic and available in many stores.  Our jarrah cheese knife's stainless steel blade measures 115mm in length and has a chunky wood handle.
